Whether your new home will be in Blue Springs, Lee's Summit, Liberty, Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe, or any place along the way, you are probably making a decision about one of your biggest financial investments. Because of this, it's important to have a quailified, knowledgable, and certified inspector perform your home inspection.
"Inspecting Your Home Like It's Our Own"©
Our home inspections are performed in a way to show you not only any safety or repair issues, but also standard maintenance items so you know how to operate the systems of your new house.

Got Radon?
More buyers are adding a radon inspection for radon gas when getting a whole house inspection. Typically, the greater Kansas City area falls under Zone 1, which is red has the highest potential of indoor radon, or Zone 2, which is orange has a moderate potential of indoor radon. For information of health impacts from radon, refer to our radon information page. Per EPA, this map should not be used in lieu of testing during a real estate transaction.

For more information about radon and radon testing, see our Radon Information page.
